The social networking site, Twitter added a new feature to its micro blogging site. This feature allows the users to add descriptions known as alternative text", to images. This will be categorically beneficial to those who are visually imapired. They can hear what an image is all about. People using the iOS and Android apps will be able to add descriptions for images they post on the site. They can add description about the image in about 420 words which can be accessed by the visually impaired people
