The world's costliest train station opened for the general public in New York today. The European architect, Santiago Calatrava who has designed this station involving $2.7 billion says that it is a gift of love to the city. This station is expected to serve more than 200,000 customers daily. Its a brilliant piece of design where the architect has removed a barrier at the entrance of the Oculus, a giant oval hall with walls of steel ribs and glass.
