Johnson and Johnson was fined $72 million in February after a woman died of the ovarian cancer which was linked to the use of company's talc-based powders. As a precautionary measures to this incident the The Maharashtra Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has sent samples of Johnson & Johnson baby powder for lab testing.
